Poor old thinking leadership team. People in system since last 8-10 years in ICICI Bank do nothing, they think as if they are working in Government organization. Treat their fellow colleagues as very rudely, shouting, abusing. New joiners work as drivers for Leadership Team. HR team is not doing their work. No support if you raise any concern. In name of cost optimization people are tortured and forced to put down papers

There is bit discrimination in terms of bonus declaration which basis of grade

Good HR Good learning Ambitious bank So work culture is also competitive Targets used to be stretched and every year incremental target set Long working hours Work life balance is little low

Increment is less Bonus is less Subsidised loan to staff are not available

Abusive, North Indian, Unprofessional managers. They show no minimum courtesy / respect for employees except their sales target.
