The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible.

Dislikes

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.

Nothing, everything is good. There was high attrition due to below average pay, but they have improved it this year.

...r. It is an awesome place for beginners with a lot of technical things to learn. Salary and appraisals are not upto the mark. Otherwise a nice company to work in.

To be honest, its salary and compensation which is on lower end. And lack of HR policies and guidelines. Inavailability of HR in regional offices.
