Also got a chance to interact and work with so many experts and doctors working in the industry. Because of that, also get a chance to travel sometimes, so that was a good experience with lots of learning.

What I observed at my time at Meril is that there is a lack of satisfaction among the employee in terms what are they payed. Like the one who is worthy enough is payed less while the one who is not worthy is over-payed. So if you are lucky one, company will give you high compensation. It's just that their appraisal system is not that good that's why this difference is there.
