It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Salary hike for tier two cities are peanuts specially for L2 level.

Work pressure, less opportunities, extra work load, no compensation for extra working hours , no work-life balance, office politics, so many exams for new joiner, etc.
