Overall a good company. The culture is really great and salary always comes on time. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

Appraisals are hard to get and not much to be honest. Skill development is also not possible as you are working on the same position for most part of your tenure.

On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

Dislikes

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.
