The work culture is awesome! There's no strict hierarchy, the pay is great, and it's one of the best companies to be a part of.

A very good scope to learn new things and work without so much of pressure.

Salary and hike are very low even after completing 2 years in TCS salary hike will be 1-2 thousand higher.

I like regular traning sessions and awareness to make employees up to mark. Work pressure is good and you feel good about that if you are workaholic. Environment is good and people are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes and we need to work exrmtra for completing the target. We need to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late too. I do receive appreciations from client but that mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior members like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
