My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

Management goal to improve safety culture in all aspects accross the site. Employee recognition scheme for small-small work achievements to encourage people on work place.

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Wellthe great thing about aarti is their leadership involvement in field. The culture of every worker towards safety and most important good work life balance at lower or mid level

The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

...nce is good. Company culture is happening and provide good growth opportunities. Salary structure is also good. Company help towards employee growth provide required support.

There are no heaters in our bay. Winter is at its peak and admin department should work on this.
