...me with better percentage Need to provide timely market correction Instead of hiring new employees and provide them high package first have connect with employees already doing employment in organisation and motivate them by giving good percentage hike to retain them.

...ly where there are several individual and everyone are connected to one another. And,in regard to salary and benefit ,it's a part of a TATA group of companies which provides with the greatest job security in the market and the hikes are good and satisfactory if the individual is a skilled personal and stands apart from the pool of resources.

There are nothing to dislike as of now..But there are a few construction going on in the NH which are having a few traffic issues and blocks while coming to office as its really near to the highway

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

Supportive work environment, Salary hike is good as per other Big MNC's, Learning environment, Job security.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but few points to point 1.Work load is high in some projects which leads to work on weekends. 2. Promotion/Increment cycle is not as per the Company policy. Employees may face delay in the increment cycle. Rest all is Good👍
