Culture and team work and support but it's depend on team to team.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

Good place to learn new skills Salary hike are verry less since Last 3 years

Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

Forward looking Leadership, No Micro Management, Flexibility in terms of Domain selection for Business Consulting folks if they prove their mettle, Fast track Promotions for High performers

Dislikes

Variable pay was and they fixed it now, Not so good hikes even for top performers
