... their employees. They have a very good L&D team. Culture wise it's really good. They have very good pay structure. Office timings are really good though it depends on project to project. Higher management is very skilful and very transparent. They used to share all the details to their employees. In short they believe in open culture. They give value to their employees and will do everything for employee growth.
