Before covid it was good. Work culture, environment, and not to forget salary on time. Even CL, SL, PL are provided.

After covid, even though in WFH, it was bad because of manager Ashabari.

... for freshers. Its an employee friendly company that makes you feel comfortable. But they provide low salary with high volume of work.

Salary is very less at the same time appraisal is not guaranteed.

Manager is cool: no vain pressures imposition, polite communication, responsiveness to queries Workload is moderate: when it occasionally comes above moderate, manager is ready to lighten the load Editorial department is well-managed in WFH mode Leave taking for good reasons is never a difficult issue Salary comes before the end of the month
