Compensation is not as per market. Apart from it, nothing much which i dislike.

Great technical facilities and medical coverage at the institute hospital. Multiple places to hang out.

Specific to position: Little improvement in compensation with time.

Name in it self describes everything TATA Steel UISL but being a fully subsidised of TATA Steel it's not as good as parent company. Job security is there but very less chances of growth and learning.

...C but you can get more than that depending upon your rating (can be baised too). Overall salary structure is not good. Good for candidates over 45 of age and come with a good handful amount of salary.
