...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Learning opportunities are limited, slow to adapt to market demands in terms of new skills, technology etc.

It was a great experience. I worked there for more than 5 years.

A lot of office politics in some teams and they don’t offer great compensation. These are the only two downsides.
