Great work life balance, good pay and nice team.

Dislikes

The company always thinking about itself, they implement the rules which they feel easy to implement not for which employees will get benifits, for example you cannot opt out of food charges monthly if you are below sr manager, you cannot get car parking if you are below sr manager, you cannot get meal card to save tax if you are below sr manager, if the company wanted they can ease out and give option to all just that doe them it is easy they are following above rules.

Work Life Balance is good. Upper management is also good. Company gives good compensation according to work.

Dislikes

Work is not good, mostly work is on low code platform or maintenance work.

Ober all it is a very good experience working in fis but salary hike is less ,other wise you can have good learning,work life balance ,job security and a very good work culture
