Salary Hike but I think it all depends on your project to project but hike is good as compared to other company. Female security is superb. I am satisfied.

All you feel is appraisal and salary benefits while you working for a reputed company in a 3 tier city. You can experience good work culture amongst a very good & passionate team.

Dislikes

Hard-core level of stress and pressure from your seniors for achieving your targets. Leadership qualities is lesser what I expect. Vast difference between training and on floor. Basically it's type of call centre type work where you get dead leads to carry forward your innings.

Very good work place, attractive environment, infrastructure of building is much better than other BPO companies.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive. Proper appraisals and give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The worst part was the management. They were not transparent.
