Appraisals and salary is less and less chance of getting promoted.

A good company..but few people spoil the whole company's reputation with their arrogant nature and unprofessional behaviour towards their subordinates

...3 attempts. But the quality of work is not that high as they show in interviews. Bonus, incentive etc are very good

the management and people are helpful and understanding and flexible with office timing whenever in need salary and incentives are good as well

Nice place to work, Salary + Benefits are handsome, good work culture, some of the well established proceeses are extremely good so check out the process before joining, GSK is a mamoth process there, provides good bonus, work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Pay is quite less. It is good for freshers but can't learn anything new. No growth opportunities. I feel you're quite lost and there's very little or no motivation from the management

I love that fact I was a part of team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth was slow. The work pressure was very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.
