Growth is slow. The work pressure is some high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day, Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times, appraisal system very worst, fully politics only, not standard promotion also..

A very amicable n friendly work environment exists. Salary is appreciable and as per market standards. Learning n career growth depends on your self performance n eagerness to learn.

Work life balance is good for people working in shifts..however for those who r in general shifts finds it little difficult to find the proper work life balance.

Vedanta is a very good company and Job security and salary structure are very good for the future.

Poor management No proper management now needs to be change management immediately. Not a good environment to work there at this time. so request to change the top management ASAP. The community also dislike CSR and other external function so need to be changed all old employees.

... to grow carrier for deserving employee ,focused to develop good safety culture. Apprisald are fair and give good salary and bonous in addition provide some addition perk time to time.

They follow outsourcing policy aggressive with minimum on roll manpower , they use to ensure to provide growing opportunity for youngsters only .

Yes it's a great place to work, I think Vedanta only a organisation gives opportunity to young and fresher to build their career.

Salary and allowance is very good but promotion moderately slow and work pressure quite high
