Probationary Clerk Salary in Mumbai

Probably salary and its benefits are the only good things. Other than that some helpful employees who help you taking into consideration that you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Have worked as a probationary clerk for 7 months. I had to quit due to the poor worklife balance. Some managers take undue advantage of the freshers and my manager made me work till 8:30 whereas the banking hour is only till 5pm. Overall, the management and culture of SIB is not good. I'm glad that i resigned.

... police's are good. Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent.Good salary provided for freshers and bonus two times for year.

Work pressure and timings.

Good work environment and colleagues are very friendly. Job security and salary are good. Learning a lot in the working field.

...is nice but work load is imense they should keep the working hour max 8 hours ..it’s really necessary for mental health…otherwise job security is there and also you get paid on time

Working hours…they expect you to be there at the bank for more than 9 hour

Promotional Opportunities are good.Salary and Employee benefits are up to the mark.

Dislikes

All the staff should do all the work including Marketing and business targets achievement.
