We all know that ICICI is the most leading bank ... So that's the company culture, salary process, increment process just excellent. This is reason icici is the most successful private bank in India.

There is nothing dislike about icici bank. Sorry to say for me this best working place ever.

There is bit discrimination in terms of bonus declaration which basis of grade

Very slow learning resulting to slow growth and the salary structure.
