Salary hikes are not that good. But if you come with a good pay. Then this aspect shouldn't be a problem.

In Oracle we get good work life balance with good working culture, employees are cooperative and overall a good place to work.

Dislikes

an employee expect growth in terms of learning, future opportunities and in terms of package, in oracle increment is less or one can say None as well, oracle should look into salary/appraisal part as well.
