...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

The school has been very supportive, in fee crisis also it has extended support by giving 40% of the salary and have done justice to the teachers by not enforcing them to come to school. The school teachers are giving online classes to the students and enabling them to cope up with their studies. The school has also given an exposure to the teachers and students for falicitating better learning and skill development through organising numerous webinars and online training sessions. It allows space for innovation and growth.

Nothing as such only that online and offline working on the computer is now more

Friendly teammates, lots of training were given to us, could enhance our innovative skills, working environment was good, got appreciation for my work a lot and at the same time learnt a lot from my mistakes too.

Quite low on salary scale, though i was working in pre-primary section but still sometimes it was difficult to balance my personal as well as professional life because of work pressure

Likes

New Teachers(freshers)can develop skills through work shops. Attending workshops showing one's own talent brings appraisal and promotion getting chances.

Dislikes

Work more, pay less like labourism. Work should be limited under working hours.But here,work at office,home and even sundays without holidays.Paid salaries are not worth to most of teachers.Some higher employees in school may play politics at local level that can't be known to the board members.Hence,Teachers becomes sufferers.
