...enure or designation. I think there should be a slab at every level/designation. Which will help the old employee's salary to cop up with the new people hired at a huge package. Which won't force the old employee's to leave the firm due to less package.

Promotions are slow. Salary hike is low. Very much particular if client says anything. Bad leave encashment policy.
