It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

It has a great infrastructure and moreover the teachers are focused in every aspect to be perfect. The package is too good.

Dislikes

As the package is too good the school twists out each and every penny they pay you. You not only have to teach but decorate the flannel boards, decorate the school after the working hours for any occasion, tolerate the principal's unnecessary scolding before your students, be there more than the time they pay you, face the egoistic Principal and his spies in the staffroom and moreover if the person from Podar family suddenly enters the campus and asks students whether the teacher punishes you and if the answer is affirmative then you're fired on the spot.

Over all is fantastic. Staff are very comparative and lovely.

Dislikes

I like and love my work but it's too much according to work pay scale is too low.

It was really good to work in kendriya vidyalaya we can learn more things from senior teachers they were really working hard to bring up the kids .

Salary is less and no assurance for job.
