We don't get any appreciation for what we done and also 2023-24 FY I didn't get bonus because LMS not completion I think that is not correct For operations we don't get any incentives so we will wait for bonus so that's why

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Employee home loan facility for staff at lesser rate of interest ....nearly 50% less rest is ok ok

...ime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work
