They pay well as compared to competition for freshers. Hikes are better . But lately cognizant also choosing the path of other MNC

Yearly hikes . Concentrated work . You'll working in one tool that's it no growth

Advisor friendly environment . Management is always there for you and a wide open door for lots of opportunities by applying IJPs( internal job posting). GO AHEAD

Salary structure should get better for future refences.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only.
