No budget for employee learning new skills 11. Not in actual business only in resource management for ADDNODE group companies 12. Work only as load balancer resource for their group companies 13. No accountability of your work in terms of primary ownership (Depends upon Group company/ BA) 14. No long term visibility for resource development 15.
