Good salary, scope of learning new technologies, more exposure to client.

Work-life balance, constant pressure from higher management, working over-times/ weekends shift.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.

Depending on projects, learning opportunities are less and compensation is not on the market level.
