6 days working, Poor work life balance for engineering department employees, Poor work culture, Plant level managements are only concern about the work finish date not about how work is being executed.

They not hire employee directly , from third party always they hire from campus very good talent are there in third party role were Asian paints ltd looks on production and third party takes all maintenance and utilities work.please wants to look to talent whether it's third party or contract.
