...r,s company. Every person grew as per there legibility. For job it is very good. Salary startup is slow but as you have spent time in perfetti salary pakkage is also good

There is everything is OK. But there is a little bit dislikes of Perfetti there incentive targets that's are some veriable and confusing.

... someone starting out their career as the behemoth deals with lot of categories. Salary at certain level are bit on lower side but additional perks make up for that gap. Culture depends on team you are in and how's your reporting manager.

Reckitt has a very good culture among other MNC and pays off for each work done by you good salary and great incentives you get paid for each and everything.

... is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reding.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
