It's amazing for beginners as well as experience employees.promotions and increments incentives everything is there for the employees.its comfortable role of job and secured job.

Salary revised for annualy basis and revised salary amount low. Other than any oher company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There are huge opportunity to gather knowledge of pharmacy. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and direct recruitment from HR department.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. But join as a pharmacist, salary is so decent from a normal staff.
