Salary revised for annualy basis and revised salary amount low. Other than any oher company.

Working with flowing s.o.p. Maintaining hygiene. Maintaining stock. No salary issue.

No minor facilities, single female staff.

Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

Dislikes

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hours but we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be

It's amazing for beginners as well as experience employees.promotions and increments incentives everything is there for the employees.its comfortable role of job and secured job.

Dislikes

Salary growth is little bit that's only major problem that is may not sufficient for married employees.
