Salary increment is non existent, u get a good pay and join and u can survive with same salary for next 3 yrs

Salary hike is very less if you stay in the company

It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Salary, Annual Appraisal's, Promotions are not up to the mark.
