You will be designing the same things by practice and Cad skills and nothing to learn in terms of practical. Yes we do have benchmark products to see with eyes but when you design and you face problems you will learn. Here you will not get opportunity.

Good place to work and friendly environment. Good salary hike based on your performance. They are given food for breakfast and dinner. There is a big cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

For mechanical work is no research and development activities or product design developments. Similar to service industry where the design lead will be in onsite and communicate work instructions you simply doing that's it. No platform to feel product ownership in chennai site.
