A great company to work with good leave policy, salary package vary according to process standards here. Regular CSR activities conducted with multiple NGO groups which makes you give your best to society as a meaningful contribution. Transport facility is not up to basic standards. Overall a good company to begin your career with.

Exactly compensation is good, but growth is very slow. I've to work maximum 9-10 hrs in a day, also there is no on-job training for freshers. There is no appreciation from seniors.

At omega there is growth in terms of postion and salary. i was promoted last year and salary is increasing. Team is good and Reporting managers takecare of everything. Always recommend my friends to be part of it. The HR (Recruitment ) Team are always supportive and other departments too
