Very nice & feeling great to work in apollo hospital. All staffs are very famillier. Lots of training available for each n every aspect. Overall good experience. Only n only for one reason most of the employee are leaving apollo. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Very low salary scale. All r working under a low salary scale with very high work pressure although no any appreciation is there. The one who just do nothing for the department but showing a lot is getting more than one who is actually doing all what the one is describing that done by him. No appriciation. Otherwise it's my dream that I will stay lifetime with the apollo group but just bcz of this factor I had left.

...hospitals except this. And some mismanagement especially from management side. Salary is decent but no growth even after completion of one yr. but overall I can say job culture is satisfactory.

Poor appraisal,high attrition rate.you are required to play multiple roles.Lower than industry average salary.poorly equipped canteen.
