- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only.

Overall Accenture is good other than Microsoft aligned technology Avanade group in my personal opinion. Provides some good benefits like 5000 points by which you can select some wallet money for medicine this can be used for health of ourselves and our parents. Lots of projects. Lots of office events but not everytime we can join to work pressure and toxic managers. Leaves policy are good you get sick leaves and casual leaves other than Earned leaves. Sick leave and casual leave we can take Ad-Hoc. However manager dont like when you take long leaves depends on manager to manager.

... or support when you want to visit any office event. They just want you to work. From past 2 years Accenture is not providing any hike and less bonus around 5-15 percent. In year 2024 end they provide hike finally but in range of 3-8% only and bonus around 5-15% only. Minimum promotion 1 out of 10 person got promoted here other 9 were also deserving and eligible for promotion considering their experience and work dedication and output. This is my personal experience I can’t tell about overall culture.
