I have been worked in rohini cfs,now my teammates is my friends , salary and appraisal was satisfied, work environment was friendly

I dislike there optometrist movement one centre to other centre for cover duty

It’s my first job . I was very excited to work there . Working atmosphere was very good very friendly team I got. Supportive area managers and store staffs . Updated billing system.

Salary was very less they will pay fresher and experienced both almost same salary.

Staff/colleagues were totally unprofessional. The worst store manager I ever had in my entire life!! He never bothered about the fights among the staff and it affected the work environment a lot. There was no one to control the faults and injustice happening around.

Job security and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

No career growth for optometrist. For other professional it is best place to work but for optoms it is not. Optoms will never get promotion or growth in their career.
