Sab accha hai mene jana bank me as a oac kaam kiya lekin meri ek galti se mujhe nikal diya gya mene ek chance manga apni galti accept ki but fir bhi mujhe ask to go kar diya ek chance me deserve krti thi but nhi diya to mujhe is bat se bahut taklif hui h jana bank me kuch senior ka group bna hua h jo agar kisi ko nikalna chate h wo khi kisi situation me fasa kar nikal dete hai. I request to you please give me one chance I will prove my self. I like to work again jana bank please.

During lockdown period bank has given full salary without deduction

Upper management even HR is not supportive, they don't want to solve employee issues, no job security, no bank off on 2nd and 3rd saturdays

Giving good salary and Few Policies are good like Compensation & travel

Job is not secure & Limited option for further growth

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i have fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.
