... started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!

It's a great company to work with. Working environment is the best part of wellsfargo to be appreciated. Every individual is given rights to extend their views and concerns directly with the higher management. Cab facility is given a higher priority which is especially important concern in other MNC's. May be because all of these reasons most of the employees doesn't show interest in changing the company even after working for years.

Dislikes

At the end of the day money is the reason we work for. Wells offers good package and give a decent hike but the appraisal is not at high line.

Sometimes higher level managers turn self centered. They are not leaders really. They take other people's work and project as theirs. It truly very bad for employees who work day and night to meet the deadlines and innovate.
