There is a certain level of politics and certain departments hold more say in the decisions. The processes are also lengthy and time consuming.

It's a great company to work with. Working environment is the best part of wellsfargo to be appreciated. Every individual is given rights to extend their views and concerns directly with the higher management. Cab facility is given a higher priority which is especially important concern in other MNC's. May be because all of these reasons most of the employees doesn't show interest in changing the company even after working for years.

Dislikes

At the end of the day money is the reason we work for. Wells offers good package and give a decent hike but the appraisal is not at high line.

Overall Ujjivan is great bank for those who are new and want to pursue their life in banking career.
