The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

Yeah many kind of trainings provide by the company regarding safety , dcs etc which is very usefull to growing skills development of employee

Dislikes

One thing which is dislike that is salary structure breakup and yearly increment policy which is does not meet employee needs.

Location is very good near to city, On time salary

Chemical zone high risk of fire in near by companies.
