...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

It's good organization organization anyone who is starting their career as a fresher and want to explore new options in various profiles. As it gives a platform and opportunity for growth.

Compensation and Benefits are way less than other reputed MNC's and perks are way less too. People do not get appropriate appreciation as they are worthy and deserved.
