At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

Low in salary, critical structure of promotion, frequent changes in work mode always a headache. Digital platform for customers are very very weak in this competitive market.
