All about my company's working i.e it's good. Management is very effective and efficient.

...o get promoted at higher level but in our govt projects there is no such chance. Salary is also low as per my experience.

It's a good place for a beginner. There are alot of competitions among employees which will make you want to do your best. You also get small gifts/ cash/ coupons as winning presents. There are job roles with work from home forever option which is tempting.

You might want to move on after a year or so cause there is no much of a salary hike
