This company is very good in every scenario.Work style, food, facilities, safety of employees. I liked everything about this company.

One of most biggest problem for trainees is your contrator based joining system. At the time of joining they lie everything like about salary, work system.And for the northern trainees who knows hindi and english but not tamil suffers sometime.

Maruti Suzuki is a very good company, in which the employees get good training along with good salary and a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness And in that, great attention is paid to the safety of the workers.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

A good company to work for, as the Management Team are very caring and understanding towards their employees with a lot of empathy. Work place culture is good, though at times working hours were long at times. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair a and they are good salary hike and bonus every year.
