How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 4 month before which you cannot resign.

...ities but down management is very poor, About job security is not explained... But no any job security if you able to handled boss you are growing in salary and as well as job security.. Knowledge is not important here.. Local hr and department Head is not Intelligent in daily activities..
