I'm only saying company is very good learning many things about business and Marketing and product development but my Sunday is also similar like working day biggest drawback in marketing job.

Career growth is good but Salary is very low

...cs and culture is good. Working environment is also good for both men and women. Apraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Company policies are good.

There is no opportunity for contractual employees and facilities for them is also no more.

Tata motors is the best company for working. For all facilities are available their like transport,canting,good salary basis on our educational experience, also women security related activity training, good work environment & culture,

During the lockdown period company has taken more care of all the operatives and paid the full salary to the every grade employee of the company.

Due to out -sourcing of some Dept /Division, compensation is not that great and Overall growth is slow. innovative ideas and Suggestions get dampend easily.
