It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance.
