Maruti Suzuki is a very good company, in which the employees get good training along with good salary and a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness And in that, great attention is paid to the safety of the workers.

... suggest how I can improve. Company policies and facilities are quite flauless. Also they provide decent salary and bonus every year.

There is a most important issue with transport facility, there pick passengers more than seats in bus so it feel too crowded also we all know it's harmful for us during pandemic... and one more things in cafeteria they didn't clean tables properly...it's feel too unhygienic for employees..

Increamental & Growth some Slow... In this company working days of smt department only 4 days after shift change,,, night &Day. It's changing No mentioned our routine. Face Some Problem...

...agement is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 7 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
