Maruti Suzuki is a very good company, in which the employees get good training along with good salary and a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness And in that, great attention is paid to the safety of the workers.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They provide free food but Canteen meal is the very bad and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Increamental & Growth some Slow... In this company working days of smt department only 4 days after shift change,,, night &Day. It's changing No mentioned our routine. Face Some Problem...

There is a most important issue with transport facility, there pick passengers more than seats in bus so it feel too crowded also we all know it's harmful for us during pandemic... and one more things in cafeteria they didn't clean tables properly...it's feel too unhygienic for employees..
